Hi everyone! How's your week going so far?  I can't believe it's the final week of March, and I'm really excited because April is going to be a HUGE month for me.  It's been really crazy around here lately, and I had originally planned on sharing a new recipe today.   Unfortunately, I had the post all drafted out and went to take pictures (last minute of course because I've been rushing around like a crazy person) and they did not turn out well at all.  I'm going to try again today and hope that I can share the recipe tomorrow because it's a really good one!   In the meantime, I'm happy to be doing a fun survey today.  I was tagged by Emma and JW , and loved the fun questions!  I hope you enjoy, and I tag all of the bloggers out there to do this survey next! Happy Wednesday!  Today will be a fun, new post- I'm joining the What's Up Wednesday linkup to talk about what's new in my life.  This is a fun way to catch up and answer a few questions.  I'd love if all of you also answered some questions below! eating this week : lots of Thanksgiving food!  I had to test out all the recipes that I shared in my GretchRuns Thanksgiving posts (read part 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ) and we'll be having even more treats this weekend! reminiscing about : my trip to Budapest and Prague!  I went two years ago on a Groupon Getaway, and it was an amazing trip.  On the way back home, we had a layover in New York City the day before Thanksgiving, so we stayed for an extra day to see the Thanksgiving Day Parade in person.  Such a great trip, and I have a post planned to talk more about our trip (tomorrow)! loving : Selma, always and forever we've been up to : budgeting.  Dan and I are hoping to buy a house in the next...

Yesterday was the official first day of FALL!  It's definitely getting chillier in Pittsburgh- particularly in the mornings and evenings.  I'm pulling out my hoodies and jackets and loving it! In honor of fall, I thought it would be fun to do a survey.  I'm a big YouTube junky, and saw that Jaclyn Hill posted a video with a bunch of fall questions and thought it would be fun to answer them.  Enjoy, and happy fall! 1: Favorite Fall Candle? It's been quite a while since my last "Currently" post, so I thought it was a perfect time to catch you all up on what I've been up to!  I'm not even going to try to come up with a clever intro today, so let's just get into the topics! (previous Currently posts- February and May )    Current Book: The Good Neighbor by A.J. Banner.  It's a really quick read, and there is a lot of foreshadowing in the first half of the book.  I like it so far and can't wait to find out what the big twist will be. Current Music: Beauty Behind the Madness by The Weeknd.  Great work music! Current Guilty Pleasure: Taking walks during lunch time!  I'm not sure if this qualifies as a guilty pleasure, but I always enjoy the luxury of being able to get outside during lunch and walk along the river.  Great way to get some exercise and take a break from the computer screen (plus, just look at the gorgeous view!) Happy Tuesday!  For today's post, I wanted to do the running survey that's been going around the blogosphere lately.  Luckily, I got tagged to do the survey by the lovely Meredith !  Enjoy, and answer some questions below (and check out the Tuesdays on the Run linkup). 1. Would you rather run on a beach path or a mountain trail? Mountain for sure.  I love the scenery of trails and find them more fun to run on!  I usually don't run on the beach if I visit on vacation (which isn't often to begin with).  As much as I love being in water and looking at it, running on sand is not my favorite and I prefer running in the shade with different scenery to keep my occupied. 2. If you could choose the flavor of Gatorade at your next race’s aid stations, what would it be? Hi everyone and happy Monday!  Rather than my typical MIMM post talking about my weekend (which can be summarized into resting and binge-watching Netflix), I'll be completing the Versatile Blogger Survey!  Thanks to Amanda for tagging me! What is something people might be surprised to learn about you?  I was in the marching band at Penn State, and got to go to four different bowl games (two in Florida, one in Texas, and one in California).  My freshman year, we went to the Rose Bowl, which was an amazing experience!  We marched in the parade, played at Disney World and stayed at a hotel right by City Walk.  It was such a great experience, even if we got crushed by USC. 2.
