February 23- Weekly Goals

Wow, two posts in one day!  Not a bad start, if I do say so myself.  On Mondays, I'll be posting my weekly plan, and wanted to get started right away.  I'll also be including my meal plan for dinners.  I'm trying to get better about planning, so this will help me out!

Monday
-rest day (I have orchestra rehearsal for a musical I'm in, so I won't be home until after 9:00!)
-leftovers for dinner

Tuesday
-30 minute run
-group Centergy class (I'll do a review of this on Wednesday.  This is basically a pilates/yoga fusion class.  I love it!)
-homemade pizza for dinner

Wednesday
-30 minute run
-chicken with Thai Peanut Sauce

Thursday
-40 minute run
-group Power class (I'll do a review of this on Friday.  This is a tough class for me, but I'm trying to build more muscle!)
-BBQ Chicken sandwiches for dinner

Friday
-spin class
-leftovers for dinner

Saturday
-60 minute run
-my favorite Crunchy Cocoa Chili for dinner

Sunday
-free Yoga in the Square at the PPG Wintergarden!  Last summer, Lululemon brought free yoga classes every Sunday to Pittsburgh, and they had 4 weeks of classes in February.  This is the last class, so I'm going to force myself to go!
-leftovers for dinner

Hope you have a good week!  Thanks for stopping by :)

    1. Hey Tara! Thanks so much for visiting my blog as well :) I actually do orchestra for my high schools musical (they don't have enough student musicians so some alums come back to play) This year we're doing Annie which is a lot of fun! Do you play instruments or sing? I can't sing at all which is why I stick in the pit lol!

    1. That's actually the exact reason I joined a gym! If you're interested in taking a class, I have a guest pass that you can use! My gym is in squirrel hill. Let me know if you're interested

  3. I'm really glad I read this--I didn't realize this Sunday was the last yoga class at the Wintergarden! I haven't gone to one yet, because I am doing 60 Days @ AY currently...but I may have to go this week if it's the last one! They look like great classes, and I love how many people attended the summer ones!
